About the event
Zentangle is a relaxing, mindful method of drawing that uses repetitive patterns to create stunning effects. The creators are Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas who encourage us to find our inner artist; they tell us that there are no mistakes in Zentangle and that anything is possible one line at a time.
You will need a small square of paper or space in your favourite drawing book (about 4" square or 9cms square); any black pen is good but preferably a fine nibbed one (micron 0.1) and a 2B pencil if you have one! We will also need to blend the pencil shading using a blending stump, tortillon or even a cotton earbud. If you don't have any of these, don't worry!
As the idea is to keep raising funds to support Ron's Place, we ask you to make a donation of not less than £10 for this class. More if you wish. Feel free to invite friends to join you. The results look lovely when put together!
